$1000 subsidy per person*We are grateful for the support from the Sherry Rose Mission Fund of the Richmond Jewish Foundation and an anonymous donor for the Richmond participants and the Joan Levin Gift of Israel and a grant from the Jewish Federation and Foundation of Northeast Florida for the Northeast Florida participants, which will help defray the costs of the mission.

Every participant will have an opportunity to make a gift to Federation's Annual Campaign.
As of August 2024, all travelers to Israel must have a valid visa or ETA-IL approval - to complete the process visit - https://israel-entry.piba.gov.il/
If you would like to upgrade your hotel room or extend your stay please contact your local Federation.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended, but not required. We are unable to recommend or purchase travel insurance for participants.Final payment due January 15, 2025
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your trip, the following cancellation policies will apply:
31+ days before departure: refund of the price of the trip minus the $500 non-refundable deposit.
15-30 days before departure: refund of the price of the trip minus $1000.
14 days or less before departure: No refund is available as expense for the trip have already been incurred.
In the unlikely event that Federation needs to cancel the trip, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made. We will also offer alternative dates if possible.

I agree that the Federations may use my photo in different media platforms, including, but not limited to, digital and printed media, marketing materials, etc. I agree that Federation may use any photo of mine, including, but not limited to, images of me (sent by me or uploaded to social media by me), including videos, interviews, and photos from events in which I participated in through this mission.
My consent, as detailed above, is not limited in time. However, I reserve the right that I may request, at any time, that a photo/video will not be used - provided that I give Federation reasonable time (depending on the type of publication) to remove them from its publications.
