This nine-month course provides emerging leaders with the opportunity to learn, network, and explore leadership obstacles, skills, and styles in the presence of like-minded individuals as well as introduce you to new possibilities and organizations. CLI is a pathway to ongoing leadership opportunities, including global travel with Sisisky fellows, engagement with Israeli peers, and the ability to take on leadership roles within Jewish Richmond and the greater Richmond community.
